what to expect

CAMP ARRIVAL DAY

ARRIVAL DAY: MONDAY 8AM - 9AM

(Except Aug Junior is Tuesday / Family camp Friday)


PLEASE BE ON TIME! 


What is looks like:

Parent  drive thru drop off,. Been to camp lots, just pull up to the front of the dining hall , unload your camper and  luggage and off you go! (this is great for returning campers and families who have come for years, no new medications or dietary needs and know the drill.)


Parents park up top by the playground and walk down with their campers and luggage to the dining hall.

There you will be greeted by the team, connect wth the office admin, first aid attendant and kitchen staff.

Next you get your t-shirt and a photo taken for our registration portal. 

Head on out to meet your cabin leader and settle into your cabin.

Camp Departure day

PICK UP IS FRIDAY 7PM - 8PM


PLEASE DON'T BE LATE! 

YOU MUST CHECK OUT YOUR CAMPER WITH A STAFF MEMBER!


What to expect:

Drive thru pick up, pull up to the dining hall and collect your camper and their things. See you next year!


Park and Collect. 

Park up by the playground as directed. Walk on down to the dining hall to find your camper and their things. A camp leader will be happy to help you haul luggage up the hill!

Visit the Merch shop and purchase some cool swag and chat with some leaders. 


The campers watch their weekly video at 6pm after dinner in the dining hall. If you come early, please join us for the video.
